When I released The Pup Pups’ 4th album “Another One Already??? But You Just Had One!” in May, the title was a joking reference both to Harvey’s constant barking for snack-o’s and to the fact that we had just released an album a few months earlier… But it’s a month later and guess what? We’ve got another one already… “Three Chords and the Pooch” is available for pre-order now!
So for this new album we’ve really overcomplicated things for the sake of giving you, the fans, some options on how to not only get the new album “Three Chords and the Pooch,” but also how to get your pet included on the bonus song and how to get some great merch. Instead of specifically pre-ordering a CD or Vinyl this time around, there’s options, and of course feel free to hit me up to help find the best option for you.
On Bandcamp, you can pre-order the digital download for $10. Easy peasy. I normally only offered the bonus song promotion to people who bought physical, and you don’t get anything physical actually mailed to you, but you get the download and you’re qualified to get your pet included on the bonus song.
Also on Bandcamp, instead of a CD, I have the Official the Pup Pups tennis balls available for pre-order. This essentially counts as an album pre-order and gets your pet included on the bonus song. It’s $10 + shipping just like as if you were pre-ordering a CD in the past. You’ll get 3 of the tennis balls that will bring endless hours of fun for you and your pup pups. The tennis balls are in production now and will likely take a little longer to recieve than normal but you’ll still get access to listen to the album long before the tennis balls bounce their way to you.
Another new option is to order a vinyl copy direct from the printers over at ElasticStage. This is a new company that I’m dealing with and while its a little more expensive at $40 a piece because they’re printing one at a time, there’s no setup fee and no need for me to order 100 copies and then beg everyone to buy one to make my money back. If you just gotta have that new The Pup Pups album on vinyl, you can get one and they’ll ship it right to you. This of course also qualifies your pet for the preorder bonus song AND just let me know that you placed your order and I’ll ALSO send you some of the tennis balls too. The best of both worlds! PLEASE NOTE: I haven’t fully set up the ElasticStage page yet but will any day now. You can also get this offer by pre-ordering the vinyl ON Bandcamp, which will just be a way for you to place an order which I’ll then go and fulfill via ElasticStage… A little convoluted but it’ll work!
