So it’s already been 2022 for a whole month and I haven’t really updated you guys one what’s going on… And there’s a lot going on… So I’m going to try to start making monthly news update blog posts on here. Lets talk about what’s happening.
It’s that time of year when anyone with an active career in some kind of art form should look back at their accomplishments and write a blog post about it. So lets look back at what I did in 2021!
I have waited a long, long time to write this blog post… I am finally releasing the score to a horror feature I scored a long time ago called The Dissection Table as its own soundtrack release on October 15th, 2021! It is available to pre-order TODAY!
This week on the Produced by David Rosen Patreon, I’m running a special sign up bonus for anyone who subscribes! Along with the usual bonus content, I’ll be giving away a free grab bag of stuff that will include things from my music career and podcasting stuff. What’s in it? Well you have to sign up to find out!
I’m excited to announce the release of a new single, “Destined For Greatness!” The song itself isn’t actually so new. It was originally created in 2019 for director Alexis Cuarezma’s short film of the same name. The film was about Christine Shevchenko, principal dancer for the American Ballet Theater in New York City.
I’m writing this on the day that I finally sent the finished score to director Chris Johnson for his next feature length film Jacqueline. At 2 hours and 12 minutes, this drama/thriller with horror elements is a beast of a film, but I think like we have on numerous short films, and last year’s Beater, we did a great job of bringing this thing together. So what’s next for me?
