After An Unseen Sky, it took me over half a year to finish the companion album Another Sky. But I’m so excited to announce that that is definitely not the case this time around. The collection of B-Sides & Remixes from Head Like Fire is now here and it’s called … Like Ashes. You can find more info about the album itself on its album page (click the title), but this blog post is your introduction to the album, and most importantly… info on how to get it now!
Just like I did with Another Sky, there are three ways you can get your hands on … Like Ashes.
1. The first and quickest way to get it, is to buy the limited-edition CD copy of Head Like Fire from Bandcamp. (Just click the link to Bandcamp right there!) It’s $10 (plus shipping), and many of you already bought it. But if you haven’t, there’s no better time than now. And if you are one of those awesome people that already bought it, then I’ll be in touch on the official release date, Tuesday, March 14th (if you want, e-mail me, just in case I somehow forget about you).
2. Reviews really help my music get noticed, so go ahead and leave a review of Head Like Fire on the digital music store of your choice. Wherever you buy your music… iTunes, Amazon, Google Play, CDbaby… You can find a pretty full list of links to the stores on the Head Like Fire album page (or click on the links to the most popular stores in the previous line). Post a nice review of Head Like Fire (which I know you’ve already listened to and loved… right???), then share it on Facebook or Twitter, and then shoot me an e-mail to let me know that you did it.
3. Contests! I’m going to be running multiple contests over the next couple months for you to win downloads of Head Like Fire. As a matter of fact… Share this blog post on Facebook / Twitter and make sure to tag it with #headlikefire and I’m going to pick 3 random winners that will get an immediate download! Couldn’t be easier!
Now just like with my previous bonus tracks albums, … Like Ashes will eventually be released on Bandcamp as a FREE download for everybody, even if you didn’t buy any of my other music. However, like I’ve done in the past, that will be later down the road. Most likely towards the end of the summer. In the meantime, the ONLY WAY to get your hands on this collection of 13 new tracks is to do one of the above 3 options. This album has 8 awesome new songs and 5 amazing remixes from some really talented musicians (I’ll be posting a blog soon detailing all of them). So you’re going to want to hear this!

Now that … Like Ashes will begin to be available, I will be taking a little bit of a break from making new music while I recharge a little bit (in the past 4 months or so I’ll have released two albums, a single, multiple music videos, and scored half a dozen films!)… But there is plenty more coming soon including promotional events for the “Constellations 360” VR Music Video, new music videos for “Trying Again” and “Artificial” and a lot, lot more.
